Laser cutting is applied across the metal fabrication industry for a wide range of materials wherever complex contours demand precise, fast and force-free processing. Lasers create narrow kerfs and achieve high-precision cuts with minimal heat input — most parts need little or no post-processing and are produced essentially dross-free.
Clean cut edges without burr or dust, fine contours and cost efficiency for small-batch production make laser cutting a preferred process. Compared with plasma cutting it is more precise and uses less energy on sheet metal.
